Haiku published online

Matsuo Bashō (1644-1694) was the most famous Japanese poet of the Edo period, and his poetry is internationally renown. While often recognized by modern critics as a great haiku master, Matsuo is said to have personally preferred his work in the haikai no renga form. I am glad that reading work from Under the Bashō led me to learn more about the famous poet, and I will surely read Matsuo's publications someday.
